It´s the people who make the difference - nowhere this is reflected more than in a traditional family estate. The boundaries between work and spare time are fluid, all details of business are connected in some way, and the tasks on the estate cannot be separated clearly. Nevertheless, each one sets his very own priorities to achieve something coherent in the whole enterprise.

...is responsible for organizational and communication tasks related to the winery and guesthouse—from giving presentations and interacting with customers and partners to handling administrative matters.

… is the administrative centre at the winery and ensures that everything runs smoothly thanks to her organizational skills and foresight. With her passion for cooking and backing, she regularly treats our guests to delicious meals at events.

... is the oenologist of the estate forming the practical center of the enterprise together with Daniel. Primarily focussing on the cellar management and the vineyards he is also responsible for the education of the numerous apprentices and trainees each year.
... is the universal housekeeper and a great support at the estate. She keeps an eye on every detail and helps out in the vineyards as well as in the vinothek. She takes warm care of the whole winery team and is always the greatest help one can desire.
Since more than 20 years now Kristian Hadamek is a permanent fixture in the winery and throughout the whole year our “rock in the waves”. He is the indispensable employee of our vineyard team und in particular during the harvest time his friends and relatives are an essential part of the picking team.
