With their assorted varieties, our estate wines reflect all the facets of our vineyards in "Rheinhessische Schweiz". Silvaner from the rather heavy soils at the foot of the Siefersheim Höllberg, Scheurebe from the stony hillsides of the Wonsheimer Hölle, or Sauvignon Blanc from the Siefersheimer Horn, situated in high altitude. The grapes all stem from the closer vicinity of our winery. A clear and fine fruit aroma combined with fresh acidity and mineral finish with medium body are common to all of them. These are wines suitable for many occasions and can be enjoyed in a wonderfully uncomplicated and animating manner.
